[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 ‘2024 동아시아문화도시’ 개막식 전 부대행사로 오는 19일부터 21일까지 3일간 수로왕릉 야간 개장 행사를 개최한다.
수로왕릉은 김해의 모태인 고대 가락국의 초대 국왕이자 김해 김씨의 시조인 수로왕의 능으로 김해시의 정체성을 가장 잘 드러내는 유적으로 대한민국 사적 제73호로 지정되어 있다.
이 기간 시는 기존 오전 8시부터 오후 7시까지 운영하던 왕릉 운영시간을 오후 10까지 연장 운영해 고즈넉한 왕릉의 밤을 선사한다.
첫 개장일인 19일 오후 7시 30분 왕릉 정문 숭화문을 스크린으로 활용한 미디어파사드 쇼가 펼쳐진다.
가야의 탄생부터 번영, 현재와 미래까지의 이야기를 5분 분량의 애니메이션으로 구현한 쇼는 오후 7시 30분, 8시 30분, 9시 30분 하루 세 차례 진행되며 20일만 오후 7시 30분, 9시 30분 두 차례 펼쳐진다.
이 기간 왕릉 앞 광장에서는 돈아시아 행사가 진행된다.

또 왕릉 돌담길 주변으로 청사초롱과 함께 지역 공예작가 30여팀의 작품을 구입할 수 있는 가꿈 아트마켓이 열린다.
문구, 잡화류, 생활소품, 식품 등 다양하고 개성 있는 상품을 접할 수 있다.
동아시아문화도시 개막식은 22일 오후 7시 김해문화의전당 마루홀에서 '평화와 공존의 바다'를 주제로 개최된다.
