공직사회의 청렴문화 조성에 주도적인 역할

[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 거창군은 22일 청렴동아리 ‘청아림’ 회원 50여명이 참석한 가운데 청렴한 거창 실현을 위한 2024년 제1차 청렴토론회를 개최했다.

‘청아림’은 공직 내부의 자율적 청렴 실천 활동으로 청렴한 공직사회 분위기 조성을 위해 결성된 동아리로 2011년부터 운영됐지만 코로나19로 인해 잠시 중단된 바 있다.

군은 내·외부체감도 향상을 위해 체감형 청렴 전파 활동의 필요성을 인지하고 청렴동아리 ‘청아림’을 재구성해 59명의 회원을 모집했다.

‘청아림’은 청렴토론회, 청렴캠페인, 청렴워크숍 등의 활동을 통해 조직 구성원 간 소통과 공감을 위한 청렴시책을 발굴하고 공직사회의 청렴문화 조성에 주도적인 역할을 수행할 예정이다.

이날 회의는 2023년 청렴도 평가 결과와 더불어 2024년 청렴도 목표 및 향상 추진계획, 청렴동아리 활동계획, 청렴캠페인 운영 방안 등에 관한 내용으로 진행됐으며 효율적인 동아리 운영을 위해 2명의 임원진을 선출했다.

청아림 회장으로 선출된 이정희 경제기업과장은 “거창군 청렴동아리를 이끌어 갈 생각에 어깨가 무겁지만 거창군을 청렴한 도시로 만드는 데 최선을 다하겠다”며 “거창군청 공직자뿐만 아니라 거창군민에게도 다가갈 수 있는 청렴 활동을 적극 전개하겠다”고 소감을 밝혔다.

한편 거창군은 전 직원의 자율적 청렴실천 활동을 위해 △부서별 청렴 추진계획 수립, △ 청렴 우수·위반 사례 공유, △청렴 상시 자가학습, △청렴 마일리지제 운영 등 청렴도 향상에 다각적인 노력을 하고 있다.
