브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 카카오뱅크가 안정적인 전산 시스템 운영을 위해 오는 12일 새벽 1시부터 오전 8시까지 정기점검을 실시한다.
점검 중에는 카카오뱅크 앱 접속을 비롯한 이체, 카드 결제, ATM 입출금 등 모든 금융거래 서비스가 일시적으로 중단된다.
카카오뱅크는 전체 고객 수 2300만 명, 월간활성이용자수(MAU)는 1800만 명에 달할 정도로 많은 고객이 이용하고 있다. 이에 따라 고객에게 보다 안정적인 서비스를 제공하고자 전산 장비의 운영 현황을 점검하는 동시에 시스템의 구성 변경 및 장비 업그레이드 작업도 진행할 예정이다.
상세 중단 업무는 △카카오뱅크 앱, 홈페이지 이용 불가 △체크카드, mini 카드 이용 불가 △자동화기기(CD/ATM) 이용 불가 △입출금/카드 결제 알림 서비스 불가 △타 금융기관을 이용한 카카오뱅크 거래 불가 △고객센터를 통한 상담 및 업무 처리 불가 등이다.
중단 시간은 12일 새벽 1시부터 오전 8시까지 7시간으로 예정돼 있으나, 시간은 작업 진행에 따라 변경될 수 있다.
카카오뱅크 관계자는 “2300만 고객이 더욱 안정적이고 원활하게 카카오뱅크를 이용하실 수 있도록 점검을 실시할 예정”이라며 “서비스 이용에 불편이 없도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
