울진군, ‘1인 팀장제 도입’으로 행정변화에 신속 대응

군에 따르면 ‘1인 팀장제’는 팀장과 팀원으로 구성된 기존의 팀 조직과 달리 팀원 없이 팀장이 기안부터 시행까지 모든 업무를 스스로 처리하게 된다.

이번에‘1인 팀장제’가 도입된 지역상생TF팀은 신속한 의사결정으로 신한울 3, 4호기 건설에 따른 지역 상생협력을 위한 지원 업무를 담당하게 된다.

특히 신한울 3, 4호기 건설 인력이 울진군 생활인구로 유입될 수 있도록

주거공간 확보 등을 추진하여 지역 인구 증가와 더불이 경제 활성화에도 도움이 되도록 업무를 추진할 계획이다.

울진군 앞으로 신규 또는 역점 사업을 중심으로 1인 팀장제에 적합한 업무를 추가 발굴하여 조직을 탄력적으로 운영하며 행정수요에 발 빠르게 대처해 나갈 예정이다.

손병복 울진군수는“1인 팀장에게 군의 주요 시책사업이나 핵심 업무를 부여해 신속하게 대응하고 능력을 발휘하게 함으로써 조직이 더욱 활성화될 것으로 기대한다”라고 말했다.또한“군정의 효율적 운영을 위해 다양한 방안을 모색하고 1인 팀장제를 확대 실행해 나가겠다”라고 말했다.
