충남 아산시는 시청 의회동 회의실에서 ‘2024년 아산 외암마을 야행’ 안전관리 실무위원회를 개최했다고 28일 밝혔다.
위원회에는 조일교 부시장과 관련부서 및 유관기관 관계자 등 총 15명이 참석했으며, 오는 6월 6일부터 8일까지 외암민속마을에서 개최되는 ‘2024년 아산 외암마을 야행’ 안전관리에 대한 의견을 수렴하고 안전관리계획에 대해 최종 심의했다.
주요 심의 내용은 행사 기간 각종 안전사고를 예방하기 위한 교통통제 ,주차관리 ,전기안전 ,취약계층 관리 ,안전요원 배치 등 안전관리에 대한 전반적인 사항이었다.
이번 축제는 일일 5천여 명의 관람객이 방문할 것으로 예상되는 만큼 이번 위원회에서는 이에 대한 사전 대비와 각 기관 간 체계적인 역할 분담 및 보완 사항을 검토했다.
