29일 잡코리아에 따르면 최근 남녀 직장인 721명을 대상으로 얼마 이상을 받아야 고연봉자라고 생각하는지 질문한 결과, 8550여만 원 이상 부터가 고연봉이라고 생각한다고 답했다.
직장인들이 생각하는 고연봉 기준은 연령에 따라 달랐다. 20대 직장인들은 7860여만 원 이상부터, 30대 8470여 만원, 40대 9510여만 원부터가 고연봉의 시작이라고 생각하고 있었다.
고연봉을 받기 위한 방법 조사에서는 ‘이직을 통해 연봉 점프업을 해야 고연봉자가 될 수 있다’는 의견이 51.2%로 가장 높게 나타났다.
이어 △승진을 통해 관리자 및 임원급이 돼야(46.3%) △경력과 근속 년수가 어느 정도 쌓여야(39.4%) △전문 자격증이 있어야(22.3%) 등이었다.
