MZ직장인 49.3%, 현 직무 불만족..대부분 이직 생각

MZ 직장인 49.3%가 “현재 직무에 만족하지 않는다”고 답했다.

 

21일 잡코리아에 따르면 MZ세대 직장인 209명을 대상으로 현재 ‘직무 만족도’에 대한 설문조사를 실시한 결과, 49.3%의 직장인이 현재 직무에 불만족하는 것으로 나타났다.

 

직무만족도가 가장 낮은 직무는 고객상담/서비스와, 영업/영업관리직이 각각 66.7%로 가장 높았으며, △재무/회계직(62.5%) △디자인직(62.4%) △생산/현장직(56.5%) 등이었다.

 

반면, 직무만족도가 높은 직무는 기획/전략직이 72.7%로 1위를 차지했으며, △마케팅/홍보(66.7%), △IT/개발직(58.1%) 순이었다.

 

현재 직무에 불만족한다고 응답한 MZ직장인을 대상으로 직무에 불만족하는 이유를 조사한 결과, ‘잦은 야근 등 업무량이 너무 많아서(31.1%)’가 가장 큰 이유로 나타났다. 

 

이어 △연봉이 낮아서(30.1%) △직무 비전이 불투명해서(29.1%) △적성 및 꿈과 다른 업무라서(25.2%) △반복 업무가 지루해서(17.5%) 등이었다.

 

직무 불만족으로 인해 이직할 생각이 있냐고 묻자 50.5%가 ‘그렇다’고 응답했다. ‘준비하고 있지 않지만 좋은 제의가 온다면 이직 의사 있다’는 응답도 47.6%로, 직무에 불만족하는 직장인 98%가 이직을 생각하거나 기회가 된다면 이직 의사가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 현재 직무전환을 생각하고 있는 직장인도 79.6%인 것으로 조사됐다.
