브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= LG유플러스가 ‘퀀텀코리아 2024’에 참여해 클라우드용 통합 계정 관리 설루션인 ‘알파키(Alphakey)’를 새롭게 선보인다.
최근 많은 기업이 업무 편의성과 민첩성을 위해 국내외 다양한 클라우드 서비스를 이용하고 있다. 업무를 위해 활용하는 서비스의 종류가 늘어나면서 기업은 임직원의 접속 권한과 계정을 관리하는데 어려움을 겪고 있다. 또한, 기업 내부용으로 구축된 서비스와는 달리 클라우드 서비스는 외부 해킹에 대한 위험도 존재한다.
이런 어려움을 해결하기 위해 LG유플러스는 ‘알파키’를 만들었다. 알파키는 클라우드 서비스에 개별적으로 등록된 임직원의 계정 정보를 한 곳으로 모아 관리할 수 있도록 돕는 설루션이다.
클라우드 서비스 접근 권한 부여, 퇴사 직원의 접근 제한, 2차 인증 등 계정 관련 설정을 한 번에 할 수 있으며, 보안 관련 사고도 예방할 수 있다. 임직원의 경우 하나의 아이디로 모든 서비스에 접근할 수 있어 매우 편리하다.
특히, 알파키는 양자내성암호(Post Quantum Crypotography, PQC)를 적용해 외부 공격에 대한 보안을 한층 강화했다. PQC는 슈퍼컴퓨터보다 월등히 빠른 연산속도의 양자컴퓨터로도 해킹하기 어려운 암호 알고리즘이다. 기본적으로 사용하는 2차인증에 PQC가 함께 적용됐기 때문에 계정 및 내부 정보를 더욱 강력하게 보호할 수 있다.

LG유플러스는 알파키를 퀀텀코리아 2024 전시회에서 처음으로 공개할 예정이다. 퀀텀코리아는 과학기술정보통신부가 주최하는 양자과학기술 관련 국내 최대 규모의 행사로, 오는 25일부터 27일까지 3일간 일산 킨텍스 제2전시장에서 열린다.
