세종시가 대민업무와 시책 사업에서 직원들의 인권 의식을 높이기 위해 9∼10일 양일간 시청에서 ‘직원 인권 교육’을 실시한다고 밝혔다.
올해는 직무 특성별 교육을 새롭게 도입해 교육 주제와 내용을 차별화하고 시와 지방공공기관 소속 직원들이 실제 업무에서 공감하고 적용할 수 있도록 사례 중심의 교육으로 구성했다.
교육은 장재성 경찰대 교수와 곽성준 한경국립대 유니버설디자인센터 교수가 강사로 나선다.
교육에서는 행정행위 전반에 대한 인권 의식 향상은 물론 모든 사람이 성별, 나이, 장애 여부 등에 상관없이 시설물 등을 편리하고 안전하게 이용하는 범용(유니버설) 도시 디자인의 중요성을 강조할 예정이다.

Sejong City increases sensitivity through human rights training for employees
Sejong City announced that it would conduct ‘employee human rights training’ at City Hall for two days from the 9th to the 10th to raise employees’ human rights awareness in public affairs and policy projects.
