[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 탄소중립 시민 생활수칙인 ‘지구와 함께하는 시민 동행수칙’ 10가지를 선정해 본격 시행한다고 10일 밝혔다.
지구동행수칙은 관 주도 탄소중립 생활수칙인 3안타 운동을 확장, 탄소중립 실천의 주체인 시민이 직접 제안하고 공감할 수 있는 수칙을 만들어 생활 속 탄소중립을 실천하기 위한 것이다.
지구동행수칙은 5개 부문 10가지 수칙이다.
총 265명의 시민이 제시한 450건의 의견을 수렴해 1차 심사로 21개 수칙을 정한 데 이어 2차로 한 달간 1,201명의 시민을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행해 최종 선정했다.
시민의 의견을 모아 선정된 지구동행수칙은 △안 쓰는 대기전력 차단하기 △실내 적정온도 유지하기 △엘리베이터 대신 계단 이용하기 △필요한 물건만 구매하고 안 쓰는 제품 나눔하기 △음식은 먹을 만큼만 준비하기 △전자 영수증 받기 △1회용품 대신 다회용품 사용하기 △분리배출 철저히 하기 △걷거나 대중교통, 자전거 이용하기 △산불 예방하기다.
설문조사 결과 시민들이 가장 많이 선택한 수칙은 △안 쓰는 대기전력 차단하기 △실내 적정온도 유지하기 △필요한 물건만 구매하고 안 쓰는 제품 나눔하기 순이다.
시는 지구동행수칙이 시민들의 생활 속에 널리 확산될 수 있도록 김해시 SNS, 유튜브, 현장 캠페인 등 다양한 방식으로 시민들에게 알려 나간다.
시 관계자는 “지구동행수칙 선정에 함께 고민해 주신 시민분들께 감사드린다”며 “우리 생활 속에서 탄소중립 실천 문화가 정착되는 데 큰 역할을 하길 기대한다”고 말했다.
