거창군, 희귀질환자 의료비 지원사업 시행

[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 거창군은 진단과 치료가 어려운 희귀난치성질환자와 그 가족의 경제적 부담을 덜기 위해 희귀질환 의료비 지원사업을 연중 시행하고 있다.

희귀질환자 의료비 지원사업은 희귀난치질환을 진단받은 후 산정특례에 등록된 대상자에게 요양급여 본인부담금과 간병비, 특수식이 구입비 등을 지원하는 사업이다.

지원대상자는 소득·재산 기준을 만족하는 건강보험 가입자, 의료급여수급권자, 차상위 본인 부담 경감자다.

지원 대상 질환은 1,272개로 특히 올해는 옥수수 전분을 먹어야 하는 당원병 환자에게 전분 구입비 지원도 신설됐다.

산정특례 등록된 희귀질환자는 의료비 중 본인부담금 10%를 부담하지만 희귀질환 의료비 지원사업을 통해 추가적인 지원을 받을 수 있다.

희귀질환 해당 여부는 희귀질환 헬프라인 홈페이지에서 확인가능하며 지원신청은 최근 3개월 이내 발급된 진단서 등 구비서류를 준비해 보건소로 방문하면 된다.
