화성시의회, 제17회 치매 극복의 날 참석

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=화성 이현준기자] 화성시의회는 제17회 치매 극복의 날에 참석했다.

12일 모두누림센터 누림아트홀에서 열린 행사에는 배정수 화성시의회 의장을 비롯해 경기도광역치매센터장, 화성시남부종합사회복지관장, 치매 환자와 가족 등 내·외빈 300여 명이 함께했다.

배정수 의장은 이날 축사에서“고령화되는 사회에서 오늘 행사를 통해 치매 가족들에게 희망을 되새기는 자리가 되기를 바란다”라고 하며 “치매 환자와 가족이 더 나은 삶을 살아갈 수 있도록 화성시의회도 함께 노력하겠다”라고 전했다.

이번 기념식에는 치매안심센터 홍보 영상 상영을 시작으로 실버합창단의 축하공연, 치매 극복 유공자 표창, 이승훈 센터장의 치매 예방 특강에 이어‘오거리 사진관’공연을 선보였다. 부대행사로는 건강 체험 홍보부스와 치매 환자 작품전시가 펼쳐졌다.
