충남 서산시의회가 13일 제298회 임시회 제2차 본회의를 열고 3일간의 임시회 일정을 마무리했다.
이번 임시회에서 서산시의회는 서산시 이북도민 관련 단체 지원에 관한 조례안(가선숙 의원 대표발의), 서산시 새마을운동조직 육성을 위한 지원 조례 일부개정조례안(이정수 의원 대표발의), 서산시 보호수 지정 및 관리에 관한 조례안(한석화 의원 대표발의) 등 20개 안건을 원안 가결했다.
이날 제2차 본회의에 앞서 김용경 의원은 ‘총선 공약의 실효성 : 경로당 약속 이행 촉구’를, 최동묵 의원은 ‘행정 권력의 남용은 서산시 발전을 저해한다’를, 안효돈 의원은 ‘지금은 멈추고, 듣고, 생각할 때’를, 이경화 의원은 ‘예산의 효율적인 집행과 형평성’을, 이정수 의원은 ‘맨발 걷기 활성화 황톳길 조성 사업 건의’를 주제로 5분 자유발언의 시간을 가졌다.
또한 가선숙 의원이 대표 발의한 ‘여성농업인 특수건강검진 사업 확대 및 개선 촉구 건의안’이 채택되었다.
조동식 의장은 “이번 임시회 기간 동안 최선을 다해주신 동료의원들과 공직자 여러분께 깊은 감사를 드린다”며 “18만 시민 여러분들께서 민족 대명절인 추석을 맞아 가족과 함께 행복하고 따뜻한 명절을 보내시길 바란다”고 말했다.
