거창군, 탄소중립 기본계획 수립 중간보고회 개최

[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 거창군은 24일 탄소중립녹생성장위원회 위원장인 이병철 부군수를 비롯한 위원회 위원들, 관계부서 공무원 등 17명이 참석한 가운데 군청 상황실에서 ‘탄소중립 녹색성장 기본계획 수립’을 위한 중간보고회를 개최했다.

이날 중간보고회에서는 한국산업관계연구원에서 거창군의 지역 특성을 반영해 수립한 탄소중립 녹색성장 기본계획을 설명하고 참석한 위원들과 함께 세부시행계획 추진방향과 보완점에 대해 논의하는 시간을 가졌다.

이병철 부군수는 “중간보고회에서 제시된 의견을 충분히 반영해 최종보고회까지 구체적이고 실현가능한 거창군의 탄소중립 녹색성장 기본계획을 만들어 탄소중립 사회로의 전환을 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.

한편 거창군은 10월 탄소중립·기후위기 컨설팅을 통해 국가 및 경남도 기본계획을 반영해 5개 분야, 35개의 세부사업을 통한 온실가스 감축 목표 전략을 수립하고 기본계획에 반영할 예정이다
