박 시장은 올해 일곱 번째 개최지인 광명5동에서 광명서초 학부모, 지역사회보장협의체 위원, 특성화사업 참여자, 너부대아파트 경로당 회원, 주민자치위원 등 다양한 시민을 만나 생생한 이야기를 들으며 불편 해결과 시민 의견 시정 반영을 위한 소통의 시간을 25일 가졌다.
광명서초등학교 학부모와의 간담회에서는 아이들의 면학 분위기 조성에 대하여 주로 의견을 나누었으며, 학부모들은 학교 주변 주택단지의 쓰레기 문제 해결을 요청했다.
이에 대해 박 시장은 단속 인력의 투입과 음식물쓰레기 전용 용기 추가 배치, 올바른 쓰레기 배출 방법 홍보 등 다양한 해결 방안을 제시했다.
박 시장은 이어 광명5동 행정복지센터 청사 내에 새로 조성된 너부대 공유부엌의 개관식과 동 지역사회보장협의체 특성화 사업인 ‘괜찮아 5동이야’ 요리교실에 참여해 주민들과 소통했다.
‘괜찮아 5동이야’ 요리교실 사업은 1인 노인가구를 대상으로 한 프로그램이다. 주민 간 교류의 장을 마련해 사회적 관계망을 형성하고 고립감과 우울감 해소를 도와 1인 노인가구 문제 해결을 목적으로 동 지역사회보장협의체에서 추진 중인 사업이다.
