9월 재산세 고지서 하단에 “임대인의 손실과 직결되는 세입자 고독사 예방, 위기가구를 제보해주세요!” 문구와 제보로 연결할 수 있도록 성남복지이음 홈페이지 QR과 연중무휴 상담·제보 가능한 경기도 긴급복지 콜센터를 기재했다.
해당 홍보 활용 방안은 중원구 금광2동 지역사회보장협의체에서 관내 부동산을 대상으로 중장년층 고독사 예방 사업을 진행하면서 사업 확대의 필요성을 느껴 제안하였으며 민·관 협력으로 일구어낸 결과이다.
성남시 관계자는 “재산세 고지서 내에 삽입된 문구를 통하여 상황이 어렵거나 홀로 살고있는 세입자에 대한 관심을 제고하고 이외에도 시민의 생활과 밀접한 영역에 위기이웃에대한 관심을 가질 수 있도록 다양한 홍보 방안을 모색할 예정이다”라고 밝혔다.
성남시는 찾·지·돌(위기가구를 찾아내어 지원하고 돌보는) 복지안전망 사업을 통하여지역사회 내의 행정력이 미치지 못하는 복지사각지대 발굴 및 지원하기 위해 노력하고 있다.
