수원시, ‘청소년보호위원회’ 위촉식

27일 시청 재난안전상황실에서 수원시청소년보호위원회 위촉식을 열었다.

수원시청소년보호위원회(위원장 이재준 시장)는 수원시의회 의원, 수원중부경찰서, 청소년단체, 중·고등학교, 청소년 육성·보호 기관 관계자 등 16명으로 구성됐다. 임기는 2년이다.

위원들은 수원시 청소년을 유해환경으로부터 보호하고, 건전한 사회환경 조성을 위해 청소년 유해환경 등을 심의·결정하고, 청소년 보호에 대한 중요 사항을 논의할 계획이다.

이재준 수원시장은 “딥페이크와 같은 새로운 청소년 유해물들이 시간이 지날수록 교묘해지고, 예상치 못한 곳에서 터져 나오고 있다”며 “일어났던 문제들 또 앞으로 일어날 문제들로부터 청소년을 보호하는 위원회로 거듭났으면 한다”고 말했다.
