지난 26일 경제국장 주재로 세무부서의 각 부서장과 실무 팀장들이 참석한 가운데 진행했다.
지속되는 국내·외 경제 여건의 어려움으로 지방세입 여건 또한 여전히 회복되지 못한 가운데 세입 확보를 위한 그간의 추진 성과를 보고하고 향후 대책을 논의하는 시간을 가졌다.
지방세 경우 부동산 시장의 회복 둔화 및 실질 소득 감소 등에 따라 지방소득세의 대폭적인 감소로 8월 말 기준 2,444억원을 징수하여 올해 목표액 3,913억원 대비 62.5%의 수준의 실적을 거뒀고, 세외수입은 김포도시공사의 사업수익 및 개발부담금 관련 행정소송 승소 등으로 전년 대비 86억원 증가한 735억원을 징수하였는데 이는 목표액의 98% 수준이다.
세무부서에서는 연말까지 체계적 과세자료 관리 및 일제 조사, 비과세·감면 대상 사후 관리를 통한 누락 세원 추징과 체납자 책임 징수제를 포함 고액 · 고질 체납자에 대한 다각도의 체납 독려 및 징수 활동으로 지방세입 목표 달성을 위해 박차를 가할 예정이다.
