수원특례시의회, '모두를 위한 동행 걷기대회' 참석

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 수원특례시의회는 장애인과 비장애인이 함께하는 '모두를 위한 동행' 걷기대회에 참석했다.

27일 수원 광교호수공원 마당극장에서 이재식 의장과 김동은 의원, 김은경 의원, 사정희 의원, 윤명옥 의원, 채명기 의원, 장미영 의원, 정영모 의원을 비롯한 내빈과 장애인, 장애인가족, 봉사단체, 후원기업 관계자 등 600여 명이 참석했다.

광교호수공원 마당극장을 시작으로 원천호수 산책로를 거쳐 다시 마당극장으로 돌아오는 코스로 진행됐다.

이재식 의장은 “뜻깊은 행사를 준비해 주신 수원시 장애인 종합복지관 관계자분들과 오늘 함께해 주신 시민 여러분, 봉사단체, 후원기업 관계자들께 깊이 감사드린다”며 “손을 잡고 함께 걸으며 우리 사회의 벽을 허물고 모든 이들이 동등한 기회를 누릴 수 있는 포용적인 사회를 다 같이 만들어 가자”고 말했다.
