이천시의회, 입법설명회 개최

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=이천 이현준기자] 이천시의회는 제249회 임시회에서 심의할 조례안 10건에 대한 입법설명회를 개최했다.

30일 상임위원회실에서 열린 이날 입법설명회는 이천시의원들과 관계 공무원 등이 참석했으며, 대표발의 의원이 조례안의 취지를 설명하고 질의사항에 대한 질문과 답변으로 열띤 논의를 이어갔다.

금번 입법설명회에서 토의한 조례안은 ▲김재헌 의원의 「이천시 은둔형 외톨이 지원 조례안」 ▲김재국 의원의「이천시 장애인 대상 범죄예방 및 피해자 지원 조례안」 ▲임진모 의원의 「이천시 걷기 활성화 지원에 관한 조례안」, 「이천시 여객(화물)자동차 운수사업법 위반행위 신고포상금 지급 조례 일부개정조례안」 ▲서학원 의원의 「이천시 예산절감 및 예산낭비 사례 공개등에 관한 조례안」 ▲박노희 의원의 「이천시 입양가정 지원에 관한 조례 일부개정조례안」, 「이천시 대상포진 예방접종 지원 조례안」 ▲송옥란 의원의 「이천시 국가유산 기본 조례안」, 「이천시 문화관광해설사 운영 및 지원 조례안」, 「이천시 보호대상아동 및 자립준비청년의 자립 지원 조례안」등 총 10건이다.

이천시의회는 입법설명회에서 개선사항 및 의견을 수렴한 결과를 토대로 추가적인 자구 및 상위법 위반여부 등을 검토해 제249회 임시회에 최종 상정 여부를 결정할 방침이라고 전했다.

한편, 이천시의회는 내달 4일 제248회 임시회 폐회중 의회운영위원회를 열고 제249회 임시회의 회기를 확정할 예정이다.
