[브레이크뉴스경기남부=평택 이현준기자] 평택시는 시민명예감사관과 함께 관내 자동심장충격기 현장점검을 권역별로 실시했다.
지난 9월 13일부터 27일까지 평택시 시민명예감사관 등 10여 명이 평택시가 직접 또는 위탁 운영하는 시설 중 자동심장충격기가 설치된 노인복지관, 체육시설, 문화예술회관, 캠핑장, 유원지 등 13개소에 대해 자동심장충격기 위치안내 표시, 보관함 관리 상태, 도난경보장치 작동 여부, 소모품 유효기간 만료 여부 등을 점검했다.
평택시는 이번 현장점검에서 확인된 자동심장충격기 관리 미비점 등에 대해 관련부서와 협의를 통해 신속히 정비해 심정지 등 응급상황 발생 시 신속하고 적절한 대처가 이루어질 수 있도록 조치할 계획이다.
현장점검에 참여한 시민명예감사관은 “응급상황 발생 시 소중한 생명을 살리기 위한 골든타임을 지킬 수 있도록 자동심장충격기에 대한 지속적인 점검 및 교육이 필요하다”고 말했다.
