성남시, 제4회 찾아가는 팝업놀이터 운영

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=성남 이현준기자] 성남시는 ‘제4회 찾아가는 팝업놀이터’를 운영한다.

팝업놀이터는 일상 공간을 하루 동안 놀이터로 만들어서 놀고 원상태로 되돌려 놓는 방식의 놀이터를 말한다.

참여대상은 7~12세 아동을 포함한 가정으로 온라인으로 사전 신청한 300여명을 선정했다. 올해 마지막으로 진행되는 행사이니만큼 1회에서 3회까지 아이들이 즐겨온 놀이들을 활용한‘내맘대로 팝업놀이터’를 주제로 다양한 놀이를 10월 5일 성남시청 광장에서 진행한다.

놀이활동은 ‘쌩쌩이만들기’, ‘구슬치기’, ‘고누놀이’,‘림보놀이’, ‘등 다양하며, 놀이활동가6명과 자원봉사자 30여명이 아동들이 다양한 방식으로 놀이할 수 있도록 돕는다.

또한 시는 매회 팝업놀이터 마다 놀 권리 인식개선 캠페인 부스를 설치해 유엔아동권리협약을 소개하고 아동의 놀 권리에 대해 생각할 시간을 갖게 한다. 4차 팝업놀이터에서는 아이들 모두 각자의 놀이꽃을 활짝 피울 수 있도록 아이들을 위한 ‘꽃팔찌 만들기’를 시행할 예정이다.

한편 성남시는 2021년 8월 30일 유니세프(UNICEF·유엔아동기금)로부터 아동친화도시 인증을 획득한 이후 4년 차를 맞이하였으며, 찾아가는 팝업놀이터 운영을 비롯하여 아동친화적 놀이터 조성, 아동참여단 운영 등 아동 권리 증진을 위한 25개의 아동친화 전략사업을 추진하며 2024년 12월 유니세프 상위단계 인증을 준비했다.
