평택시, 공동주택 건축기준 공표

해당 건축기준은 오는 14일부터 사업계획승인 대상의 모든 공동주택 인허가 심의에 적용된다.

우선 공동주택 건축기준에 시뮬레이션 검토가 의무화됐다. 기존 평면적인 심의 방식에서 탈피해 입체적인 심의를 진행하기 위한 것으로, 시뮬레이션을 통해 아파트 단지 경관을 미리 검토해 획일적이고 정형화된 경관에서 벗어나 우수한 경관의 공동주택단지를 조성한다는 계획이다.
