화성시의회, 공유재산 현장방문

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=화성 이현준기자] 화성시의회 기획행정위원회는 제236회 임시회 공유재산 심의를 대비해 건립 예정지 4개소 현장을 방문했다.

장철규 위원장을 비롯한 김미영 부위원장, 김경희, 송선영, 이해남, 전성균 의원은 지난 7일 부터 8일까지 함께 참여했다.

기획행정위원회 위원들은 △우리꽃식물원 확장사업 현장 △장안면 청사 부설주차장 부지매입 현장 △동탄권 버스공영차고지 조성 현장 △공영주차장 조성 현장을 차례로 방문해 추진현황을 청취하고 사업의 필요성과 취득의 적합성, 사업 계획 및 추진 상황 등을 점검하며 원활한 안건 심의를 위한 기초 자료를 수집했다.

장철규 기획행정위원장은 “공유재산 건립 사업의 타당성을 철저히 검토하여 예산이 불필요하게 낭비되지 않도록 관계 부서는 철저한 사전 검토와 계획 수립에 힘써 주시길 바란다. 특히, 각 사업의 추진 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 변수와 리스크를 충분히 고려해 효율적이고 합리적인 예산 집행이 이루어지도록 만전을 기해 주시기 바란다”고 당부했다.

해당 공유재산 관리계획안은 18일 부터 25일까지 열리는 제236회 화성시의회 임시회에서 심의·의결될 예정이다.
