광명시, ‘2024년 정비사업 시민 특강’ 개최

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=광명 이현준기자] 광명시가 ‘2024년 정비사업 시민 특강’을 개최한다.

오는 11월 5일 재개발·재건축 전담지원센터는 시청대회의실에서 재개발·재건축 사업에 관심 있는 시민을 대상으로, 사업 초기 단계에서 중요한 선택 중 하나인 ‘사업 시행 주체와 방식’에 대한 정보를 제공해 시민들의 이해를 돕기 위해 마련됐다.

현재 광명시는 준공 완료 단지 외 철산동 3개 단지와 하안지구 12개 단지에서 재건축을 준비하고 있으며, 공공재개발 포함 10여 개 구역에서 활발히 재개발이 진행되고 있다.

많은 정비사업이 진행 중인 만큼 향후 사업 시행 과정에서 시민들이 정확하고 객관적인 정보를 얻어 올바른 판단으로 최선을 선택할 수 있도록 이번 교육을 계획했다고 밝혔다.

정비사업에 관심 있는 광명시민이면 누구나 신청할 수 있으며,수강을 희망하는 시민은 오는 11월 1일 15시까지 온라인으로 신청하면 된다.
