[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 진주시는 지난 12일 개최한 제17회 전국 가장행렬 경진대회 시상식을 16일 진주대첩 역사공원 호국마루에서 가졌다고 16일 밝혔다.
올해 대회는 공모를 통해 31개 팀 1600여명이 참가해 대상은 ‘트리풀 사회적협동조합’에서 수상하며 상장, 우승기, 트로피와 함께 상금 500만원을 받았다.
최우수상은 진주24반무예협회와 점프스쿨 진주혁신, 우수상은 진주시 해동검도협회, 전국 해마루 검도회, 진주시아동보호전문기관, 특별상은 멋진지역아동센터가 각각 수상했다.
심사는 공정성과 객관성 확보를 위해 73명의 시민심사단과 3명의 전문심사단 점수를 합산하여 이뤄졌다.
조규일 진주시장은 “국내 지방종합예술제의 효시인 개천예술제가 다채로운 예술공연과 시민참여형 프로그램으로 매년 새로운 모습을 선보일 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
한편 올해 가장행렬은 진주시 관광캐릭터 하모와 경남도를 비롯한 경남 7개 시·군 마스코트가 함께한 ‘경남 마스코트 축하단’의 참여해 관광객에게 화려하고 색다른 볼거리를 제공했다.
