울진군의회, 제279회 임시회 일정 마무리

【브레이크뉴스 울진】이우근 기자=울진군의회(의장 김정희)는 지난 10월 24일 제8차 본회의를 끝으로 15일간의 제279회 임시회일정을 마무리했다고 25일 밝혔다.

이날 5분 자유발언을 신청한 임승필 의원은 “울진군 대학생 장학사업이 재경 울진학사 및 일부지역 대학 기숙사생에게만 혜택을 주고 있어, 지원받지 못하는 일반 대학생들과의 형평성 문제가 있음을 지적하고 공정한 지원이 되도록 개선을 요구” 한다며 대학생 자녀를 둔 모든 학부모들에게 공평하고 보편적인 혜택을 받을 수 있도록, 현재 지원 대상에 제외된 나머지 일반 대학생에게도 추가 장학금을 지원할 것을 제안했다.

또한, 회기 기간 진행된 2025년도 군정주요업무보고를 통하여 집행부 23개 부서의 현안 사업에 대한 보고를 청취하였으며, 주요 사업장 현지 확인에 대한 결과 보고에는 사업추진의 적정성과 운영 실태, 문제점을 지적하고 개선을 촉구하였으며, 집행부의 조례안 및 동의안 등 총 15건의 안건을 의결하였다.

김정희 의장은 “집행부는 군정주요업무보고, 주요 사업장 현지 확인를 통하여 나타난 현안 사업들에 대한 논의된 사항들을 잘 반영하여 주요 사업들이 원만하게 추진될 수 있도록 당부한다.” 고 말했다.
