윤석열 대통령이 29일 "남은 두 달 정부는 뭣보다 4대 개혁 과제 추진에 역량을 집중해야 한다"며 "가장 시급 과제는 의료개혁"이라고 밝혔다.
윤 대통령은 이날 오전 용산 대통령실에서 열린 제46회 국무회의를 주재하고 모두 발언에서 "의료·연금·노동·교육개혁의 4대 개혁 추진이 곧 민생"이라며 "사회 전반 구조개혁 없인 민생·국가 미래도 없다"며 이같이 말했다.
그러면서 "공직자 여러분 손에 개혁 성패가 달려 있다"며 "앞으로 두 달 4대 개혁 추진 상황을 철저히 점검해 핵심 사업들이 성과낼 수 있도록 모든 힘을 쏟아야 한다"고 강조했다.
또 "코로나19 같은 호흡기·노약자들 심뇌혈관 질환 등은 겨울철 추위에 특히 취약하다"며 "국민들께서 불안해하시지 않도록 응급체계·중환자 관리를 단단히 준비해 주기 바란다"고 주문했다.

윤 대통령은 "필수의료 종사 의사들이 의료현장을 떠나도록 만들었던 의료사고 사법 리스크에 대한 대책도 속도감 있게 마련하기 바란다"며 "수사절차 개선같이 곧바로 시행할 수 있는 부분들은 현장서 즉시 체감할 수 있게 추진하고, 합리적 분쟁조정 제도와 함께 의료사고특례법이 조속 발의돼 국회에서 충분히 논의될 수 있도록 노력해 달라"고 주문했다.
또 "간병·돌봄같은 기본 영역은 물론 장학금·일자리·심리상담·주거 등 가족돌봄청년 삶 전반에 대한 맞춤형 지원을 확대해야 한다"며 "복지부 중심으로 관계부처가 협력해 더 꼼꼼하게 챙겨 달라"고 당부했다.
이어 "아직 복지 사각지대서 홀로 가족을 돌보는 청년이 많다"며 "최근 한 연구기관 조사 결과에 따르면 수도권에서만 가족돌봄청년이 7만 명에 달한다"고 지적했다.
