[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 조규일 진주시장은 29일 2024년 제44회 전국장애인체육대회(이하 전국장애인체전)가 진행 중인 론볼, 역도, 펜싱 경기장을 방문해 선수단을 격려했다.

시는 전국장애인체전이 시작되기 전 소방, 전기, 가스 등 각 분야의 전문가들과 함께 경기장과 숙박시설을 대상으로 합동점검, 현장 조치 등을 통해 위험 요소들을 사전에 제거했다.
