브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 대우건설은 30일 공시를 통해 2024년 3분기 경영실적(연결기준, 잠정집계)을 발표, 매출 2조5478억원, 영업이익 623억원, 당기순이익 403억원을 기록했다고 밝혔다.
3분기 연결실적을 잠정 집계한 결과, 매출은 전년 동기(2조 9901억원) 대비 14.8% 감소한 2조5478억원을 기록했다. 사업부문별로는 △주택건축사업부문 1조6434억원 △토목사업부문 5164억원 △플랜트사업부문 2894억원 △기타연결종속부문 986억원의 매출을 올린 것으로 나타났다.
영업이익은 전년 동기(1902억원) 대비 67.2% 감소한 623억원을 기록했다.
3분기 신규 수주 누계액은 7조3722억원을 기록하며 연간 수주목표인 11조5000억원의 64.1%를 달성했다. 3분기에 부산 남천동 주상복합(6333억원), 하남교산과 남양주 왕숙 패키지(3772억원), 신반포16차(2469억원) 등을 수주했다. 3분기 말 기준 44조7777억원의 수주잔고를 보유하고 있고, 이는 연간 매출액 대비 3.8년 치 일감에 해당한다.
대우건설 관계자는 “최근 1조원 규모의 투르크메니스탄 미네랄비료공장 프로젝트 낙찰자로 선정되고, 베트남에서도 타이빈성 끼엔장 신도시 개발사업 투자자 승인을 받는 등 해외 시장에서 가시적인 성과가 나오고 있다”며 “하반기에도 나이지리아, 이라크, 베트남 등 주요 해외 거점국가에서 양질의 수주와 리스크 관리에 역량을 집중하여 올해 목표를 달성하도록 최선을 다 하겠다”고 말했다.
