[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 조규일 진주시장은 12일 이반성면 삼거마을 공공비축미곡 건조벼 첫 매입 현장을 방문해 출하 농업인을 격려했다.
진주시는 2024년산 공공비축미곡 매입을 위해 지난 10월 10일 산물벼 매입을 시작으로 오는12월 13일까지 34개소에서 건조벼 매입을 실시한다.
매입물량은 40kg 기준 산물벼 2,7797포대와 건조벼 9,3661포대 등 총 12,1450포대이고, 매입 품종은 영호진미와 영진 2개 품종이다.
매입대금은 매입 즉시 우선지급금 4만원을 지급하고, 수확기(10∼12월) 전국 평균 산지 쌀값을 반영해 오는 12월 중 최종가격 확정 후 정산 지급한다.
조규일 시장은 “최근 이상기온으로 인해 어려운 여건에서도 땀 흘리고 노력해 우수한 쌀을 생산해준 농업인분들께 감사드린다”고 말했다.
