화장실문화시민연대(대표 표혜령)는 11월 13일 보도자료에서 “화장실문화시민연대(대표 표혜령)는 11월 13일 오전10시, 서울시 서대문구에 소재하는 화장실문화시민연대 회의실에서 비상벨의 문제점과 대안 간담회를 가졌다”고 알렸다.
