세종특별자치시의회 산업건설위원회가 제94회 정례회 제4차 회의에서, 조례안 15건, 결의안 1건, 건의안 1건, 동의안 7건, 의견청취 1건 등 총 25건을 심사했다.
이 중 22건은 원안가결되었고, 2건은 보류, 1건은 본회의에 부의하지 않기로 결정했다.

김학서 의원은 공동주택 간접흡연 피해 방지를 위한 조례 개정의 필요성을 언급하며, 흡연자와 비흡연자가 상생할 수 있는 정책 마련을 촉구했다. 김현옥 의원은 건축 조례 개정안에 대해 사유 재산권 침해 우려를 지적하며, 도로 지정 시 신중한 판단이 필요하다고 강조했다.
김효숙 의원은 주거기본 조례 개정을 통해 수요자 중심의 맞춤형 주거 지원과 주거 사각지대 해소를 위한 노력을 요청했다.
안신일 위원은 지역인재 채용 확대를 위한 혁신도시법 개정 촉구 건의안에 대해, 현행 제도가 지역 청년들에게 역차별을 초래하고 있다고 지적하며 법 개정의 필요성을 강조했다.
김재형 위원장은 주민공동이용시설 관리 운영 민간위탁 동의안에 대해 수탁기관의 전문성 확보와 지속적인 관리 점검의 중요성을 언급했다.
한편, 산업건설위원회는 오는 27일부터 7일간 제5~9차 회의를 개최하여 2025년도 예산안에 대한 예비 심사를 이어갈 계획이다.
