한설 예비역 장군(육군 소장)은 12월16일 페이스북 계정에 게재한 “바이든이 한덕수에게 전화를 한 까닭은…” 제목의 글에서 “이재명은 사법심판을 피하기 어려울 것으로 보인다”고 주장했다.
