브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= "(검찰 내부에선) 윤석열 대통령은 이미 사냥감이 됐다"
임은정 대전지검 부장검사가 검찰총장 출신인 윤석열 대통령을 검찰 내부에선 이미 손절하는 분위기"라며 이같이 밝혔다.
임 검사는 지난 12일 MBC라디오 '김종배의 시선집중'와의 인터뷰에서 "내부게시판에 '엄정하게 수사해서 우리 한번 거듭나보자'라는 글들이 있는데, 윤석열 라인 검사들이 막 열심히 쓰고 있더라. 너무 당황해서 맞나 했더니 진짜 맞더라"라고 너무 빠른 태세 전환에 놀랐다고 했다.
이어 "비상계엄은 윤 대통령이 카메라 앞에서 비상계엄을 선포하고 카메라 앞에서 경찰과 군대를 동원하여 국회를 침탈한 사건"이라며 "CCTV 앞에서 공연음란한 것처럼 너무 명백한 사건이라서, 굳이 법률가가 아니더라도 상식 있는 사람이라면 (유죄) 결론이 난 사건"이라고 강조했다.
또한 "검찰과 경찰, 공수처는 누가 전리품을 챙기는가 수사 질주가 시작된거라 이들은 정말 폭주 상태가 될 것이다. 이미 윤석열 대통령이 사냥감이 됐다"고 주장했다.
비상계엄 특별수사본부장을 맡은 박세현 서울고검장이 한동훈 전 국민의힘 대표와 고교·대학 선·후배 관계인 것과 관련해선 "박세현 특수본부장은 법무 귀족의 자제로 온실 속 화초처럼 그냥 무색무취한 검사다. 박세현을 시키는 건 윤석열 대통령도 아니고 한동훈도 아니다"라며 부실 수사 의혹에 선을 그었다.
임 검사는 아울러 "얼마 전에 (검찰 내부에 나돈) 소문은 한동훈이 박세현을 믿고 김용현 전 국방부 장관을 새벽에 검찰에 출석하도록 했는데, 박세현이 한동훈 뒤통수를 치고 긴급체포하고 구속해버려서 한동훈이 열 받았다'는 풍문이 들리더라"고 전하기도 했다.

Daejeon District Prosecutors' Office Chief Prosecutor Im Eun-jung said, "There is already an atmosphere within the prosecution to cut off President Yoon Seok-yeol, who is a former Prosecutor General."
In an interview with MBC Radio's 'Kim Jong-bae's Focus' on the 12th, Prosecutor Im said, "There are posts on the internal bulletin board that say, 'Let's investigate strictly and be reborn,' and the prosecutors in the Yoon Seok-yeol line were busy writing them. He said, “I was so flustered that I wondered if it was true, but it really was true,” and was surprised by the rapid change in stance.
He continued, “Martial law is a case where President Yoon declared martial law in front of the camera and invaded the National Assembly by mobilizing the police and military in front of the camera,” and emphasized, “It is such an obvious case, like public indecency in front of CCTV, that even if you are not a lawyer, anyone with common sense would have concluded (guilty).”
He also claimed, “The prosecution, police, and the Public Prosecutor’s Office have started to investigate who will take the spoils, so they will really run wild. President Yoon Seok-yeol has already become the prey.”
Regarding the fact that Park Se-hyun, the head of the Special Investigation Headquarters for the Martial Law, is a high school and college senior and junior of former People’s Power Party leader Han Dong-hoon, he said, “Chief Park Se-hyun is a colorless and odorless prosecutor who is the child of a legal aristocrat. He drew a line on the suspicion of a botched investigation, saying, "It is neither President Yoon Seok-yeol nor Han Dong-hoon who ordered Park Se-hyun." Prosecutor Lim also said, "A rumor circulated (within the prosecution) not long ago that Han Dong-hoon trusted Park Se-hyun and made former Minister of National Defense Kim Yong-hyun appear at the prosecution at dawn, but Park Se-hyun hit Han Dong-hoon in the back of the head and arrested him on an emergency basis, which made Han Dong-hoon angry."
