브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 국내 대기업들이 신성장 동력 확보를 위해 최근 3년간 지분투자를 가장 많이 한 타법인은 2차전지 업종으로 나타났다. 올 들어 투자를 가장 많이 늘린 곳은 로봇 및 드론 기업들이었으며, 금액이 가장 많은 분야는 AI(인공지능)와 빅데이터였다.
17일 리더스인덱스에 따르면 매출기준 상위 500대 기업 중 상반기 사업보고서를 제출한 354개사의 타법인 출자현황을 분석한 결과, 2021년 이후 올 상반기까지 3년 6개월 간 타법인 지분을 취득한 기업은 1368개이며, 총 출자금액은 최초 취득가 기준 12조8212억원으로 집계됐다.(종속기업 및 그룹 계열사 투자 제외)
타법인 투자기업 수와 지분 출자액은 2021년 330개사 2조1225억원에서 2022년 335개사 1조2976억원으로 감소했다가 지난해엔 512개사 8조7497억원으로 대폭 증가했다. 단, 올해 들어선 증가세가 꺾였다. 상반기 기준 191개 법인에 6513억원을 투자했으며, 이는 전년 동기 대비 50% 감소한 수치다.
대기업들이 지분 투자를 가장 많이 한 업종은 2차전지였다. 지난 3년 반 동안 100개 기업에 총 4조7018억원을 투자했다. 이는 전체 투자금액의 36.7%에 해당하는 수준이다.

이어 올해 지분투자 4·5위는 바이오 및 신약개발, 사물인터넷(IOT) 분야였다.
반면, 대기업들이 투자를 가장 많이 줄인 분야는 블록체인 및 핀테크 업종이었다. 2021년 7개 기업에 157억원을 투자했으나 지난해에는 6개 기업에 106억원을 투자해 –32.4%를 기록했고, 올 상반기엔 4개 기업에 31억을 투자해 감소 추세가 역력했다.
