세종시의회가 23일 의회사무처 직원을 대상으로 2024년 4분기 사례별 자체법제교육을 실시했다.
세종시의회에 따르며 이날 교육은 의회사무처 직원의 법제업무 역량 강화 및 전문성 강화를 위한 맞춤형 교육으로 자치법규 입안 기초과정부터 검토 실무 및 사례 중심의 심화과정까지 단계별로 실시됐다.
이날 ‘자치법규안 입안과 검토 실무’라는 주제로 교육을 실시한 국회 입법자문위원 김미량 서기관은 국회의 입법조사처 실무경험을 바탕으로 한 자치법규 입안 필수 핵심 사항을 보다 알기 쉽게 설명했다.
아울러 현행조례를 대상으로 한 검토 실무 교육은 사무처 직원들에게 유익한 정보를 제공했으며, 수준 높은 교육이었다고 평가 받았다.
임채성 의장은 “이번 사례별 법제교육 내용을 사무처 직원들이 업무에 적극적으로 적용해 입법역량 및 자치법규의 품질 향상으로 이끌어낼 수 있길 바란다”며, “앞으로도 의회사무처 직원들의 직무 능력 향상을 위해 다양한 방법을 모색하며 적극적으로 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
