한중도시우호협회는 12월26일 보도자료에서 “권기식 한중도시우호협회장은 26일 오후 서울시 서초구 반포대로 씨티21 오피스텔 소재 한중교류연수센터에서 중국 후난(湖南)성 장자제(張 家界)시 자전거협회 한국 방문단(단장 퉈싱파庹兴发 비서장)을 면담했다”고 알렸다.
보도자료에 따르면, 권기식 회장은 "올해 장자제시를 방문해 시 정부 관계자들과 한중 교류에 대해 논의했다"며 "장자제시 자전거협회와 한중 우호 자전거 대회와 자전거 동호인 교류 등을 추진할 것"이라고 말했다.

퉈싱파 비서장은 "한국과 장자제시는 자전거 라이딩에 최적화된 시설과 아름다운 풍광을 갖추고 있다"며 "내년에 장자제시 자전거 협회가 한국에서 자전거 라이딩을 할 수 있도록 한중도시우호협회가 협력해주기 바란다"고 말했다.
이날 면담에는 협회에서 권 회장과 신애숙 한중교류연수센터 대표, 안성욱 협회 장자제시 지회 비서장 등이 참석했으며, 장자제시 자전거협회에서는 퉈 비서장과 뤄간빈(羅乾嫔) 부비서장 등이 참석했다.
