박지원 더불어민주당 의원은 12월27일 페이스북 계정에 올린 글에서 “파탄 난 서민경제와 외교안보를 긴급 구출하지 않으면 우리는 다시 IMF 환란과 같은 나락으로 떨어진다.”고 경고했다.
박 의원은 이 글에서 “주술 정권을 심판, 탄핵해야 내란과 국정혼란이 종식된다.”면서 “위기를 수습하는 첩경은 한덕수 대행께서 여야가 합의하고 합법 절차에 따라 국회가 추천하고 과거에도 전례로 임명했던 헌법재판관 세 후보자를 지체없이 임명해 헌재 완전체를 구성, 내란 외환 수괴에 대한 헌재의 조속한 심리가 이뤄지도록 해야 한다”고 지적했다.
이어 “헌재에서 심리 판결은 헌재의 몫이다. 헌재 완전체 구성은 국민적 시대적 요구이며, 그 해법과 책임은 한덕수 대행의 몫이다. 한덕수 대행의 일탈된 행위로 정치, 경제, 사회, 외교 등 나라 전체가 혼란, 환란의 소용돌이로 빠지고 있다. 그 책임은 '윤석열 내란, 외환 수괴' 일당과 '환란 한덕수'가 져야 한다”고 덧붙였다.
박 의원은 “국회 추천 헌재재판관 3인을 즉시 임명해야 한다.”고 거듭 강조했다.
