윤석열 대통령 측이 28일 고위공직자범죄수사처의 윤 대통령 3차 출석(29일) 요구에 "공수처에 내란죄 수사권이 없다 본다"며 법적 문제를 들었다.
윤 대통령 수사 변호인단·탄핵심판 대리인단 공보 역할을 맡은 윤갑근 변호사는 이날 "이 문제가 선결돼야 출석 여부를 결정할 수 있다"며 이같이 전했다. 법적 무결성이 전제 안된 현 상황에서 불출석 의사를 드러낸 것으로 보인다.
