[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 진주시는 공동주택을 대상으로 ‘2025년도 공동주택관리 지원사업’을 시행한다고 30일 밝혔다.
세부 사업으로는 노후 공용시설 개선사업, 공동체 활성화 사업, 영구임대주택 공용전기료 등 지원사업이 있다.
노후 공용시설 개선사업의 지원대상은 임대주택을 제외하고 20세대 이상, 사용검사 후 10년 이상 경과한 공동주택이다.
또 옥상방수, 도장공사 및 단지 내 도로·주차장·상하수도 시설 등 공용시설 유지·보수 비용의 50% 범위에서 세대수에 따라 단지별 최대 5000만원까지 지원한다.
공동체 활성화 사업은 150세대 이상 공동주택 입주민 스스로가 활성화 단체를 구성해 친환경 실천·체험활동, 취미·건강 활동 등을 실시하는 경우 보조금을 지원하는 사업이다.
영구임대주택 공용전기료 등 지원사업은 가좌주공1차아파트 등 관내 3개 영구임대아파트에 공용전기료 또는 승강기 안전관리비 등을 지원한다.
공동주택관리 지원사업의 접수기간은 내년 1월 6일부터 17일까지이며 관할 읍·면사무소 및 동 행정복지센터에 신청서를 제출하면 된다.
신청이 접수되면 현장조사 후 공동주택지원 심의위원회 심의를 통해 재해의 위험성, 노후도, 사업 타당성 등을 종합적으로 검토하여 지원대상을 최종 선정할 예정이다.
진주시 관계자는 “주거환경개선을 통해 안전하고 살기 좋은 아파트를 만드는 것이다”며“시민의 생활편의와 주거 안정을 위한 지원사업에 많은 관심과 참여를 바란다”고 말했다.
