【브레이크뉴스 경주】박희경 기자=동국대학교 WISE캠퍼스는 3월 개설하는 경영대학원 제1기 식문화 최고위과정을 모집한다고 2일 밝혔다.
이번 과정은 미식문화를 향유하고자 하는 각계 인사를 대상으로 국내 최고의 식문화 전문가와 셰프들을 모시고 미식과 힐링에 대한 전반적인 지식과 매너를 식사와 체험을 통해 접할 수 있는 국내 최고의 융복합과정이다.
교육내용은 ‘마리아주와 와인 및 테이블 매너’, ‘몸과 마음을 위한 힐링 티 클래스’, ‘명품한우 발골 및 테이스팅’, ‘수랏간의 비밀 사찰음식’, ‘신라 궁중음식 체험 실습’ 등을 통해 차별화된 체험 클래스와 프리미엄 강의를 제공하며, 특히 힐튼호텔과 프로그램을 함께 진행한다.
모집인원은 25명이며, 교육기간은 2025년 3월부터 10월까지이며, 수업은 격주로 목요일 야간(18:00~21:00)에 진행한다.
원서 접수는 2025년 1월 6일부터 2월 21일까지 선착순 마감한다.

Dongguk University WISE Campus announced on the 2nd that it is recruiting students for the first class of the Graduate School of Business Administration Food Culture Top-level Course, which will open in March.
This course is the best integrated course in Korea where people from all walks of life who want to enjoy gourmet culture can learn about overall knowledge and manners about gourmet food and healing through meals and experiences with the best food culture experts and chefs in Korea.
The curriculum provides differentiated experience classes and premium lectures through ‘Marriage and Wine and Table Manners’, ‘Healing Tea Class for Body and Mind’, ‘Premium Hanwoo Bone Deboning and Tasting’, ‘Secret Temple Food of Suratgan’, and ‘Experience and Practice of Silla Royal Cuisine’, and in particular, it will be conducted in conjunction with the Hilton Hotel.
The number of recruits is 25, the training period is from March to October 2025, and classes are held every other Thursday night (18:00-21:00).
