브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 현대자동차는 오는 14일부터 20일까지 7일간 공식 채용 홈페이지에서 상반기 기술인력 채용을 실시한다고 6일 밝혔다.
이번 채용에서는 △자동차 생산 △R&D 기술인력 △R&D 유틸리티 관리 등 3개 부문에서 인재를 모집한다.
지원 자격은 고등학교 졸업 이상으로 모집 부문별 세부 요건은 현대차 채용 홈페이지에서 확인할 수 있다. 단, 남성 지원자는 병역필 또는 면제여야 한다.
서류 합격자는 2월 중순 발표하고 2월 말 인·적성 검사, 3월 1차 면접, 4~5월 최종 면접을 실시한다. 최종 합격자는 5~6월에 발표할 계획이다.
자동차 생산 부문 합격자는 6월과 7월 두 차례로 나눠 현대차 울산·아산·전주 공장 생산 현장에 배치한다.
R&D 기술인력, R&D 유틸리티 관리 부문 합격자는 6월 중 현대차그룹 남양연구소에 배치한다.
현대차 관계자는 “공정하고 투명한 절차 아래 채용을 진행할 계획이다”며 “다양한 개성과 역량을 가진 인재를 적극적으로 확보할 것이다”고 말했다.
