브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 윤석열 대통령에 대한 체포영장을 신속히 집행해야 한다는 응답이 절반이 넘는 여론조사 결과가 발표됐다.
8일 여론조사 업체 리얼미터가 에너지경제 의뢰로 지난 7일 전국 18세 이상 유권자 511명을 대상으로 실시한 여론조사에서 '윤석열 대통령 체포영장 집행' 관련 문항에 응답자 54.4%는 신속 또는 보완 후 집행해야 한다고 답했다.
반면 불구속 수사나 체포를 철회해야 한다는 응답은 44.5%였다.
구체적으로 보면, '내란죄 혐의 신속 체포'는 47.6%, '수사 주체·절차 보완 후 체포'가 6.7%, '정당한 통치행위로 체포영장 철회'가 31.9%, '무죄추정 원칙에 따라 불구속 수사'가 12.5%, '잘 모름'이 1.2%로 집계됐다.
윤 대통령 체포영장 집행 불발과 관련, 누구의 원인이 가장 크다고 생각하는지 묻는 질문에는 '윤 대통령 또는 여당 책임' 51.3%, '야당 또는 공수처 등 사법기관 책임' 46.4%로 나타났다.
