윤석열 대통령 측이 11일 보수 유튜버들에 대한 더불어민주당의 '내란선전죄' 고발 시도에 "표현의 자유를 제한하는 명백한 위헌적 선언"이라고 밝혔다.
윤 대통령 수사 변호인단·탄핵심판 대리인단 공보 역할을 맡은윤갑근 변호사는 이날 '민주당의 '카톡 검열'이 헌정질서를 문란케 하는 내란' 제하 입장문에서 "민주당이 국민 개인 사생활을 들여다보며 자신들 뜻과 다른 대화조차도 금지하겠단 것"이라며 이같이 밝혔다.
그러면서 "개인의 표현 자유를 검열해 자유민주적 기본질서를 파괴하는 것"이라며 "이는 헌정질서 파괴이자 내란"이라고 규정했다.
또 "이미 민주당은 여론조사가 입맛에 맞지 않는단 이유로 여론조사 기관을 고발한 바 자신들 생각과 다르면 누구든 처벌하겠다는 것"이라고 덧붙였다.
앞서 민주당은 '신의 한수' '신 남성연대' '공병호TV' '그라운드씨' '김채환의 시사이다' '김상진tv' 등 10명의 보수 유튜버들을 내란선전죄로 고발했다.
