충남 태안군이 농산물 가공 전문인력 양성을 위해 지역 우수 농산물을 활용한 창업보육 교육을 운영한다고 13일 밝혔다.
이번 교육은 2월 11일부터 4월 11일까지 총 16회에 걸쳐 태안군먹거리통합지원센터 교육장 및 농산물가공지원센터에서 진행되며, 관내 농업인 30명을 대상으로 한다. 신청은 1월 23일까지 가능하다.
이번 ‘농산물가공 창업보육 교육’은 안전하고 건강한 가공상품 공급 및 농산물가공 선순환체계 구축을 도모하고, 농업인들의 역량을 강화하기 위해 마련됐다. 농산물가공 창업을 추진하고 있거나 희망하는 농업인들에게 무료로 제공된다.
교육 과정은 기초 6회, 심화 8회, 현장실습 2회로 구성되어 있으며, △농식품산업과 농산물가공산업 동향 △농산물가공산업 및 식품가공기술의 이해 △농산물가공창업 절차 및 상품화 전략 △제품 포장디자인 및 마케팅 전략 △가공제품의 품질관리 및 위생 소규모 HACCP 등에 대한 심도 있는 교육이 진행될 예정이다.
신청을 원하는 농업인은 1월 23일까지 태안군먹거리통합지원센터 먹거리지원팀 또는 농산물가공지원센터를 직접 방문해 접수해야 하며, 대리 접수는 불가하다. 수강 대상자가 확정되면 결과는 개별 통보될 예정이다.
태안군은 이번 교육을 통해 농업인들의 경쟁력 향상과 정보공유 및 소통의 장을 마련하여 지역 농산물가공의 기틀을 다지고, 미래 농업 발전에도 기여할 것으로 기대하고 있다.
