브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 삼성전자가 새로운 중고 스마트폰 보상 프로그램인 ‘갤럭시 간편보상’을 오는 14일부터 삼성닷컴에서 운영한다.
‘갤럭시 간편보상’은 고객이 신제품을 구매하지 않아도 연중 언제든지 갤럭시 스마트폰을 삼성닷컴에서 판매할 수 있는 프로그램이다.
대상 모델은 갤럭시 S23·S22·S21·S20 시리즈, 갤럭시 Z 폴드5·폴드4·폴드3, 갤럭시 Z 플립5·플립4·플립3 등이다. 국가에 따라 대상 모델은 상이할 수 있다.
중고 갤럭시 스마트폰 판매를 원하는 고객은 삼성닷컴의 ‘갤럭시 간편보상’ 페이지에서 예상 견적을 확인 후, 간편보상 프로그램을 신청하고 회수 가이드에 따라 제품을 택배로 발송하면 된다.
회수된 제품은 상태에 따라 △엑설런트(Excellent) △굿(Good) △리사이클(Recycle) 3개의 등급으로 판정된다. 이후 등급에 맞는 보상금액이 고객에게 지급된다.
삼성전자는 ‘갤럭시 간편보상’으로 편리하고 안전한 중고 스마트폰 보상 체계를 구축해, 장기적으로 갤럭시 스마트폰의 시장 가치를 보존하겠다는 방침이다.
