브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 삼성전자서비스가 이번 설 연휴 중 4일간 수리 서비스를 제공할 예정이다.
이달 25일부터 30일까지 6일간 연휴가 이어짐에 따라 스마트폰의 긴급한 수리가 필요한 고객을 지원하는 취지다.
설 연휴 첫날인 25일에는 전국 170곳 서비스센터가 모두 문을 열고 9시부터 13시까지 휴대폰, 태블릿 등 수리 서비스를 제공한다.
‘주말 케어 센터’ 9곳은 25일 18시까지 운영한다. 삼성강남 서비스센터는 10시부터 19시까지다.
주말 케어 센터는 △삼성강남(서울) △홍대(서울) △중동(부천) △성남(경기) △구성(용인) △대전 △광산(광주) △남대구 △동래(부산) 등이다.
26일과 27일, 30일에는 주말 케어 센터 9곳에서 사전 예약을 통해 휴대폰, 태블릿, 웨어러블 수리 서비스를 이용할 수 있다. 설 전날인 28일과 설날 29일은 운영하지 않는다.
주말 케어 센터 방문 예약은 홈페이지 및 컨택센터를 통해 9시부터 18시까지 예약 가능하며, 삼성강남은 토요일과 동일하게 10시부터 19시까지 서비스를 제한다.
한편, 연휴기간 ‘냉장고 냉동, 냉장 안됨’ 등 가전제품 점검이 긴급히 필요한 경우에 한해 ‘긴급 출장서비스’도 제공한다.
