2024년 12.3 비상계엄 사태 이후, 국란(國亂) 위기에 처했다. 특히 달러화의 앙등 사태는 국가 경제의 파멸을 예고하는 형국이다.
이런 시기에 무정부주의가 떠올려 진다. 여당(與黨)이니 야당(野堂)이니, 현실 정치체제가 권력 투쟁을 위해 국민들에게 아픔만을 주고 있다. 이러한 정치체제가 왜 필요할까?
특히, 올 설 휴가는 아주 길다. 휴가를 즐기면서 무정부주의자 박열, 그의 일본인 아내 가네코 후미코(金子文子)를 묵상하는... “위대한 사랑이 무언지?”의 묵상에 빠져봤다.
무정부주의(無政府主義)는 통치 주체를 부정하는 자유로운 사회(참조/나무위키)”를 의미한다. 아나키즘(Anarchism)이라고도 한다. 아나키즘은 정부라는 형태를 부정한다. 여기에 그치지 않고 “아나키즘이 부정하는 권위란 정부뿐만 아니라 종교, 사회, 자본, 군대, 기타 단체 등 강압적으로 개인의 자유를 침해하는 어떠한 종류의 권위에도 해당될 수 있다”고 한다.
무정부주의자-독립운동가 박열(1902년 3월 12일-1974년 1월 17일-71세)은 경상북도 문경군 호서남면 모전리 311(현 경상북도 문경시 모전동 311. 문경새재에 박열 의사 기념관이 있음)태생이었다.
일본으로 유학을 간 그는 친일반민족행위자와 조선을 모욕하는 일본인을 응징하는 '혈권단'과 '의권단'을 조직했다. 그후 “1920년 최초의 무정부주의 단체인 '흑도회(黑濤會)'를 조직하여 간사(참조/나무위키)”로 참여했다.
1923년 9월 1일, 일본에서 관동대지진이 발생했다. 그는 이때 체포돼, 치안경찰법 위반 혐의로 기소됐다.

“천황이란 국가라는 강도단의 두목이다. 약탈 회사의 우상이며 신단(神壇)이다. 나는 폭탄으로 일본의 정치적 경제적 실권을 가진 모든 계급 및 간판을 전멸시키려 했지만, 이것이 가능하지 않았기에 천황과 황태자를 투탄 대상으로 삼았다. 조선인의 입장에서 그들을 대상으로 삼은 이유는 첫째, 일본 민중에 대하여 일본 황실의 진실을 알리고 그 신성을 땅에 떨어뜨리기 위함이며 둘째, 조선 민중에 대하여 일본 황실을 무너뜨려서 조선 민중의 독립에 대한 열정을 고취하기 위해서이며 셋째, 침체하고 있는 것처럼 보이는 일본의 사회 운동에 대한 혁명적인 기운을 고취하기 위해서였다. 그러기 위해 황태자의 결혼식에 폭탄을 사용하는 것이 일본에 대한 조선 민중의 의지를 세계만방에 표명하기에 가장 적절한 기회라고 생각했다. 나는 법률이나 재판의 가치를 전혀 인정하지 않으므로 형법 73조[13]에 해당하는지 아닌지는 아무 상관없다. 그건 너희들 마음대로 하라!”

무정부주의자 박열은 ‘청년조선’이라는 잡지에 시를 기고했다. “나는 개새끼로소이다/하늘을 보고 짖는 달을 보고 짖는 보잘것없는 나는 개새끼로소이다!/높은 양반의 가랑이에서/뜨거운 것이 쏟아져 내가 목욕을 할 때/나도 그의 다리에다/뜨거운 줄기를 뿜어대는 나는 개새끼로소이다! -박열 <개새끼>의 일부“
일본 여성인 가네코 후미코는 이 시를 읽고 박열을 찾아갔다. 그녀는 이 시를 읽고 “황홀해질 정도였으며 피가 약동했고 어떤 강한 감동이 내 전 생명을 높게 쳐들고 있었다”라고 표현했다.
