세종시가 저경력·고경력 공무원들의 아이디어 대결인 ‘흑백 정책 요리사’를 통해 선발된 우수 시책을 실제 정책으로 발전시키기 위한 구체화 작업에 나섰다.
이번 행사는 일회성에 그치지 않고, 소속 직원들이 정책 기획 우수사례를 직접 경험할 수 있도록 후속 조치 방안을 지속적으로 추진할 계획이다.
지난해 12월 공모를 통해 접수된 제안 중 본선 진출 과제 12건이 선정되었고, 1월 23일 본선 심사를 거쳐 최종 6개 우수작이 선발되었다.
저경력 공무원으로 구성된 흑팀의 우수작은 지역 대표 먹거리(파닭) 육성 전략 ,아름다운 세종시 우리말 보드게임 ,도시상징광장 활성화를 위한 롱보드 대회·축제 유치 ,홈런도시 세종: 한화이글스와 날아오르다 등 4건이다. 고경력 공무원으로 구성된 백팀의 우수작은 ,오수관과 우수관의 색상 구분을 통한 불명수 유입 차단 ,세종 데이터 규제 프리존 2건이 포함되었다.
세종시는 우수 시책의 직원 공감대 확산을 위해 매주 수요일 내부 행정망을 통해 전 직원에게 우수 시책을 소개하는 ‘수요 우수정책 미식회’를 운영할 예정이다. 첫 번째 미식회에서는 ‘도시상징광장 활성화를 위한 롱보드 대회·축제 유치’ 정책이 소개된다.
또한, 정책 제안이 실제 정책으로 발전될 수 있도록 정책 제안자와 담당 부서 간 논의를 위한 ‘브라운 백미팅’도 진행된다. 김하균 행정부시장을 중심으로 정책 제안자와 담당부서 관계자가 참여하여 자유로운 분위기 속에서 정책화 방안을 논의할 예정이다.
